Are you referring to the column width in the main dialog (inside the gridviews)? Please use the checkboxes inside the customize tab to make the text inside the sheet name fully visible.

I'm using Docuflow 3.6 and the column width is resetting to the default width when you sort the column or adding sheets to the publish list.
