This is unfortunately a Revit feature. Docuflow has no influence in that behaviour, as it is Revit that is handling the print process.

Just installed Docuflow 3.6. When a titleblock is selected in Revit and Docuflow is started to publish a pdf, the titleblock will be printed in the selection colour of Revit. See the images below.
