The licenses seems to be released from your old computer and you should be able to install it again in a new computer.

I recently renewed a Desktop License of Docuflow from 2019, but I cant seem to install it.
The installer is saying that the license is being used on another computer. The FAQ is telling me to uninstall the old application but, I can’t do that. The computer we used for this license for was thrown away 1 year ago.
The “release” button on the license page doesn’t seem to work. The installer still says that the license is being used.
How can I fix this?
