Can you please describe that error a bit closer. The program works, we use it ourrselves, and was also tested by Autodesk in multiple computers as part of the quality assurance. Otherwise the plugin would not be available in our website or on the Autodesk App Store.
It is technically possible that some other program can conflict with our program. Can you test it in another computer for instance. You can then see what is the difference between the two computers.
