The issue is related with non english Revit versions that stop the process of importing the geometry. We will look into this error and solve it as soon as possible.

Please ensure you are using the latest version (24.3) If the problem is still there, please send us the 3D file you are trying to import to software@goto.archi. 

Hi,

I have problem with generating any models.

I can browse and select models without problem.

It loads all information just fine but when I press generate geometry it does nothing.

Small window appear and dissappear in a blink. 

It says:

archi 3D Importer

Generating Geometry

Loading Database

After it is gone nothing happens.

When I close addon for archi 3D Importer revit opens new tab in 3D view but nothing is there.

Any ideas?
