I purchased Archi Automate Desktop Standalone and their instructions for installation is very beautiful and their support outreach is very very beautiful, after trying their trial version I just simply believed it could be simple AI Subsciption process and purchased. Now this has let me down on my very critical moment. I have been using their trial for the 14 days and it worked beautifull the but installation, the website its chaos and literally non understandable. Kindly guide me through the licensing, even with the license my laptop application is not detecting the serial number doestn recognise the licesne or ask for the licence, if I enter the license, it should server not reachabale please try again
