The ghostscript should be installed with both those drivers.

Have you tried to switch the PDF driver in the Docuflow PDF tab and see if you get the same result? One can choose between Bullzip and PDF24. 

Ghostscript is a component of both Bullzip and PDF24 to generate the PDF documents. What version of Docuflow are you using?
