Hi,
I've tried uninstalling all printers by stopping the spooler, deleting the "3" folder in C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86. Thereby deleting all drivers, also removing all registry under this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3
Which printer driver are you refering to when you say I need to uninstall the driver and install the stable version?
I've upgraded to 4.0 and the error persists. There are no other problems printing from Revit or from Windows. The problem only exists when I try to use Docuflow.

As described it seems that there is a print spooler crash in your system and not an issue with Docuflow. That is usually caused by an issue with a print driver, that can be solved by unninstalling that driver and installing a stable version instead. You can experience for instance that printing in two different computers with different print drivers may crash or not depending on the drivers installed on that computer.
The PDF generation requested by Docuflow are handled by the native Revit print mechanism. That uses the windows spooler. If there is a bug in Revit or on Windows, the printing process may fail exaclty at Revit printing point.
You could try to restart the print spooler as described here:
The latest version of Docuflow is at the moment version 4.0. We recommend that you please upgrade.

Hi,
This is still a problem in version 3.7 and 4.0. Is there any other solutions to this problem? It's incredibly frustrating.
When I click the docuflow button I first get at warning. "Bullzip PDF Printer cannot be used with Canon C5250i Color_Default 11 print settings. the <in-session> print settings will be used."
When I close that window, the regular docuflow application pops up. When I select the the sheet I want to print, I get the message "It seems that a previos PDF creation session did not complete successfuly.(also spelling error) If you are sure there is no ongoing PDF printing click OK to continue". I get the options yes or no.
When I click yes, it begins. First message is "Setting PDF Size ZDocuflow420x420". Second message is "Creating Driver Settings". Third message "Spooling - 1.01". Forth message is "Ready" and the progress bar is filled out.
I've tried to uninstall all printers and print drivers from system32 folder and registry. Uninstalled docuflow and installed 3.7 aswell as 4.0 again. Reinstalled the Bullzip PDF printer 11.1.0.2600. Restarted my computer.
In the Windows Event Log i get the event ID 808 PrintService:
Printspooler could not load a plug-in-module C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\PS5UI.DLL. error 0x7E.
The problem with PDFs persists.
I can export DWG, DWF, and IFC. But not PDF.
I'm running Windows 10 1903.
Docuflow 3.7 and I've tried upgrading to 4.0.
Bullzip 11.1.0.2600
Revit 20.0.0.377 build 2090327_2315(x64)

Please use Docuflow 3.0. The download for the new version is in the link under.

I did attempt these actions, but they did not correct the problem. Other suggestion?

Ensure that the Revit selected default print set is not empty (without sheets)
- Open the Revit print dialog
- In Print range click the button select.
- If the selected set has no selected sheets, delete that set.
- Click OK
- Click close to close the Revit Print Dialog
- Use Docuflow
