Please use Docuflow 4.7. This version supports multiple titleblocks placed in the sheets, for those cases that the user wants a separate large frame and another titleblock with the text elements. Docuflow 4.7 will assume that the larger titleblock is the size of the print area.

Thank you for the image. 97x297mm is the size that Revit itselft states to Docuflow. Please have a look on your sheet, ensuring that there is only 1 titleblock placed there, and that the titleblock is formed using the Revit standard titleblock requirements.

We can have a look on your project via Teamviewer or Zoom. Please e-mail us to sales@archigrafix.com

Please click on the link for a screenshot of Docuflow.

I can see that it shows wrong width and height beside every sheet!

All sheets with "97 x 297" are actually 840x594.

Hello,

SOrry for the late answer. I didnt get any notifications on the post.

But yeah, it is still happening. It happens on Revit 2018, 2019 and 2020.

I just installed the latest docuflow 4.6.0.0, and the error is still popping up.

I also switched between bullzip and pdf24, and still the same outcome.

Right now, I tried three different projects- One in Revit 2018, one in 2019 and one in 2020.

The sizes on the sheets are (width)840 x (height)594.  Nothing works. Still only a portion of the sheet is printed.

Please help, and thanks on advance.

Hello,

is your sheet larger than 327.5cm in width and/or length? I have found a bug which causes Docuflow to print wrong sizes if you exceed that number

That seeme to be related with your user rights for the Bullzip Printer and not the application itself. In what version of Docuflow and what version of Revit is this happening?

Can you exit Revit and re-try with Docuflow 4.1? Please find it in the link under.

Hello,

Whenever i print sheets with Docuflow, only a portion of a print job comes out on the sheet?

Why is that? its frustrating. Here is a link of the portion: https://ibb.co/xJHkpkf

That portion is maybe 1/15 of the real sheet
