It was concluded that the user has a titleblock smaller than the expected paper size. The solution was to set the titleblock with correct dimensions.

Please contact us on sales@archigrafix.com so we can troubleshoot the issues you are referring. directly.

The advanced filename settings must save in the same folder as your project settings. It is a separate XML with those settings.

We will look into the boundary of your titleblokk and give yoiu specific instructions.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

We are running version 2.8, which was installed in February.

The advanced filenames rule settings are definitely not saving. Every time we close and re-open a Revit project file, we have to start from scratch.

Our drawing borders have a line following the paper size, which is set to not be visible when printed. This works perfectly well on all printers, including Bullzip when not running through Docuflow, but it does not work when using Docuflow, when the pdf's are cropped to the drawing border line that is set to be visible.

Dear Sir

Are you using Docuflow 2.8?

If not please download it here:

https://www.archigrafix.com/downloads/

Regarding points 1 and 2: those settings should save.  You may be running a version older than 2.8.

Regarding point 3. Docuflow respects the titleblok that is defined in the Revit sheet. What paper size is Docudlow reporting in the sheet selection list? Does that size corresponds to what you expect? Do you only have 1 titleblock in the sheet, and not 2 for instance? Does your titleblosk family has all objects inside the titleblokk?

Hi,

A few problems getting Docuflow to work for us:

1. The User Guide states that advanced filename rules are saved in the settings of a specific project, but doesn't say how this is done or where those settings are. Every time we close and re-open a Revit project, we have to start again. How do we avoid this?

2. Also, to use the advanced filenames rules we have to manually untick the 'Use Advanced Filename' checkbox, then the 'Sheet Number' box, then re-tick the 'Use Advanced Filename' box, in both the Formats tab and the PDF tab. This is a very laborious process, can this be saved as a setting so we don't have to do this each and every time we print?

3. When printing to pdf from Docuflow, the Bullzip pdf printer crops the drawings to the drawing border line on our sheets, which is 10mm inside the actual paper size. We can't see how to change the settings in Docuflow to make the prints come out the right size. When printing normally from Revit selecting the Bullzip printer, the pdfs print correctly.

Thanks.
