Problem solved. We detected that you purchased manually an extension for desktop licenses, but you have floating licenses instead. Please check your My Licenses section in gthe customer area.

Absolutely. Please e-mail us on sales@archigrafix.com so that you can provide us your details and we investigate.
It can be for instance that you are using more than one registered user account in the webstore.

Hello,
since our old docuflow licenses have expired we purchased new ones.
But they do not appear in "My Licenses" and docuflow demands a license key which can´t be found anywhere.
Is there a solution to this?
We are using the current release (4.6)
