Best Laptop for Revit: April 2026 Benchmark Update
The April 2026 laptop benchmark results show a familiar leader. The top tested CPU and GPU combination for Revit is the Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU, ranked first overall among qualifying laptop systems.
This is a laptop-specific result based on tested CPU+GPU pairings observed in submitted benchmark data, not a mix-and-match recommendation from separate lists.
April 2026 laptop winner
The leading tested system in April 2026 posted an overall score of 1.0179, with median times of 8548.3 ms for CPU work and 1963.4 ms for GPU work.
Looking at the component rankings, the same CPU also leads the current laptop CPU rankings, and the same GPU leads the current laptop GPU rankings.
Compared with March 2026
There is no change at the top versus March 2026. The same Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU combination was also the previous month's number one tested laptop system.
The top three tested laptop combinations are also unchanged from March 2026:
- #1: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU
- #2: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285HX + NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell Generation Laptop GPU
- #3: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU
Within the GPU rankings, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU now appears in the top ten for April 2026, while the March 2026 top ten included the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU instead.
Methodology note
These rankings exclude rows with missing hardware names and ignore invalid zero or negative times. To reduce one-off anomalies, results are based on median machine times, and rankings require repeat evidence with at least two unique machines and three raw runs for each listed CPU, GPU, or tested laptop combination. Overall laptop scores weight CPU performance at 70 percent and GPU performance at 30 percent.
The benchmark database now includes 856 total runs, with 42 added in April 2026.
