When printing a batch of sheets, the orientation is always portrait. I have changed the settings for landscape everywhere, permitted access to bullzip and yet the print are still in portrait. Please advise.

    Hi,

I just purchased and tested 4.18 prior to resolve issues Revit has on VDI prininting using Bluebeam. I squishes all the text like kerning it together.  I see you released 4.19 and installed it now Docuflow is making the Bluebeam issue even more extreme!

    Hi,

I'm getting an error using docuflow to create dwfs and pdfs. When I select "Export all sheets into a single file", instead of getting 1 file with 4 sheets I get 4 files with:
    File #1: Sheet #1

    File #2: Sheets #1 and #2

    File #3: Sheets #1, #2 and #3

    File #4: Sheets #1, #2, #3 and #4.

This is annoying and takes a lot longer when I have dozens of sheets to publish.

If you need further information I'd be happy to provide. I'm using Revit 2021 and Docuflow 4.14

    Hi Docuflow,

We have several users who are using Docuflow Currently in our company, We have realised it is a valiable tool and the company wishes to consolidate all the individual serial keys purchased into one account and purchase more keys for other staff members.

Reason for consolidating is so that one person can manage the renewal of licences :)

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Kind Regards,

    Max

    Hi,

New user, testing the product with a floating license potentially to widen out to a larger office. So have a few questions on first review of the software.

It seems the customisation is Revit project specific? E.g. I custom the PDF file naming which seems to be saved for the project, but resets back to default in each new project. I see on the userguide this is as intended, and there is a settings file. Where is the settings file and how is it copied between projects? We use Autodesk BIM360 so unsuure if/how this works as the revit file is cloud based rather than on a local server.

Is there a way to pre-program these settings so that when the software is rolled out office wide its already setup how we intend? E.g. a reg file maybe?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Recently we bought a couple Desktop Subscriptions to give to our employees.

Some of these employees were using a floating license and are now getting a regular license.

The users with a current active floating license need to be released from said floating license so I can give them a regular one.

How do I release them from the floating license seeing how there is not option to do so from the license page?

    cheers

Now it's only possible to print sheets on large format.
There's no option to select views. Sometime i just need to print views without making sheets.

    Hello,

I have Docuflow 4.12 in Revit 2019.2.  Publishing with Bullzip.  Publishing with PDF24 just freezes.

When I publish multiple sheets to PDF, the sheets are all published with the correct Advanced filename.  However, looking at the PDFs, every PDF is the same.  They are all the first sheet in the set.

    Hi,

We have a problem with a single revit project in which docuflow will not load/start, when I click the docuflow button the pc shows the windows loading icon, and then nothing shows. When I create a new project or open a backup file of the same project from/until 30 june docuflow does load.
We are working with docuflow 4.9, I have tried uninstalling docuflow and the bullzip/pdf24 printer and reinstall to the newest version with the file from the download page but it doesn't change.
Also I read in this forum that docuflow saves the settings for the project in de project folder, this file is last modified 26 june, which could very well be the last time we used docuflow with this project. I have moved this folder (like deleted but less definitive) in the hope docuflow will reset when it is missing this file but there is no change. After hitting the docuflow button the same windows load with nothing, also no new docuflow folder is created in the project folder.

At the moment I am going to try what happens when I detach the revit project and save it to a new file, and then run docuflow.

But, I am running out of options here.. and that while we purchased docuflow just last week especially for this project which has over 600 sheets which now I have to print the old way, which takes for ever.

Can you help me solve this?

    Hello,

We're testing out Docuflow for printing our PDFs.  I was wondering if there was any documentation/more information about the PDF Quality under the Qulity Settings section?

Just want to know the exact differences between the options: default, screen, ebook, printer & prepress.

Also, is there a way to enable line merging & DPI of sheets that are rastered?

    Thanks,

    Ramon

    Hello Archigrafix,

we have successfully been using Docuflow for a while now and it works pretty good most of the time.

The only big problem that I can think of is that in these times of Corona, some of us are working from home, and we are connected to the office network using VPN. Docuflow shows for all of our users that the licenses are INVALID when we are working from home.

Is there a way to circumvent this, maybe in a future update, or maybe is there already any documentation about it?

    Regards,

    Alex

Docuflow gives an error message when trying to close it, and Revit needs to be closed in the task manager.

Docuflow 4.12, Revit 2018.3, BIM360 cloud model, user in an admin and has all rights to use Bullzip pdf printer etc.

    First error

    After clicking OK

Continue button does nothing, or it keeps sending the same error, and Revit needs to be closed from the task manager. Printing pdfs is working fine, but it freezes after trying to close Docuflow.

I am attempting to use docuflow and when I click the button in the archigraphix toolbar, nothing happens. No dialogue box materializes. I have the required Bullzip PDF in the correct version but still nothing?

I'm looking for a new PDF printing solution and have heard good things about Docuflow. However, I can't get it to work. I've tried re-installing a couple times, resetting my PC, different Revit project files, etc. When I click the Docuflow button, the cursor turns to an hourglass about 5 seconds, then nothing happens.

Would love to try this out, but am unable to get it to work. Any hints on how to resolve this?

    Hi,

I'm having an issue where if I select a sheet set to publish (fairly large sheets, if that makes a difference), I have to first export PDFs and then I can export DWG.

If I only select DWG, it does nothing - if I select both it will create the PDFs first, then I need to uncheck PDF and export again.

If you need any more information regarding this bug, let me know.

    Thanks!

Docuflow 4.8 not working correctly, when the Paper (Titleblock) is bigger than 100cm.

We have parametric Titleblocks, but over 100cm docuflow thakes the second und smaler (A4) Titleblock.

When I  open Docuflow, the sheets are in random order in the sheet list. I can sort the sheets by sheet number, but when I move the sheets to the plot list, they are not necessarily sorted and I can't sort that list. When I plot a PDF set with Docuflow, the sheets are not sorted. I have to sort the sheets in Acrobat. When I plot a set with Revit's plot command, the sheets are sorted in the same order as they appear in the browser, assuming that Revit does not hang up and refuse to plot. Sorting the sheets in a multi-page PDF is a pain. Docuflow should allow sorting the plot list, and it should arrange the plotted shets in that order.
