Hi everyone

I'd like to know if it's possible to add delimiter in advanced naming or only parameters are allowed.

I'd like to compose the following maning rules:

<SHARED PARAMETER> - <SHARED PARAMETER> - <SHARED PARAMETER> - <SHEET NUMBER>

Improvementes / fixes:

• Support sheets with more than one titleblock: a larger titleblock and a small titleblock. Docuflow will assume that the print area is to be framed by the largest titleblock in the sheet. Previously Docuflow only supported sheets with a single titleblock.

The name computer in floating license doesnt mine

Docuflow suddently started totally freezing when printing pdf and only way to stop that is closing program. Same issue apears with bullzip and pdf24.
Im using Revit 2018.3.3 and Docuflow 4.6

I want to remove custom page sizes which were generated automatically by ducoflow.

How am I supposed to do that?

How to prevent Bullzip from Upgrade?

Everry time we start Revit we have to downgrade Bullzip.

Version 4.6 is now released.

Improvementes / fixes:

• The selected sheets can now be sorted by clicking the sheet number or sheet name columns.
• The sheet set creation as got minor improvements.
• The Cancel button in the main dialog has ben renamed to Close to avoid misunnderstandings by the user.

I downloaded the Docuflow 4.1 trial version to test it and installed it on revit 2015.

There is an icon on the revit ribbon but it doesn't seems to work. I can't even open the app window.

Dear Archigrafix

We have now used DocuFlow for a few weeks and really like the simple and intuitive solution you have provided. We do, however, have some feedback we'd like to share with you so that you can - hopefully - make this add-on even better in the coming releases.

1) In the main window, the button next to "Publish" is named "Cancel" which does not seem to be intuitive. I have coworkers opening the main window, creating a drawing set with a lot of changes, they then click: "Save" in the top right but then "Cancel" to close the window if they do not want to print. This makes them worry if their changes have been saved or not.

A better name for that button would be "Close".

2) In the main window, "sorting" options are not available for the selected "Set to publish"-section, but only for the full "Sheet's Available"-section. For large projects it becomes incredibly hard to make sure that all drawings are present since they are added to the "Set" in a seemingly random order.

3) Furthermore, in the "Set to publish"-section you have added buttons to move individual sheets "Up" or "Down" by clicking a button - but the final sorting is not saved when a sheet is moved, and has to be done every time we open the main window.

4) Furthermore, in the "Set to publish"-section, we have the opportunity to create a "New" and name it, which is great. But when doing that the dropdown resets to "- Please Select -" and all drawings disappear and we have to click the dropdown and select the set we just created to see the sheets added again.

5) In general, the dropdowns only "drop down" when clicking the tiny arrow next to the dropdown - it is standard in a lot of programs that clicking the text in a dropdown yields the same behaviour as clicking the arrow.

6) In the "Select Folder" dialogue, you have added an option to "Create new folder" which is great, but when you name a folder in this dialogue, it simply shows up as "New Folder" in the file tree structure and in the "Location"-section likewise. If you close the "Select Folder" dialogue and browse the file tree again, the folder is correctly named and created - so it is seemingly to do with a "refresh" of the file tree after having created the folder.

Once again, most of these are minor / quality of life improvements - but they would in our opinion improve your program a lot!

Version 4.5 of Docuflow was released.

Improvements / fixes:

• Added a button to cancel the print if the PDF exists and the user do not want to close it for any reason.
• Improved the compatibility with PDF24.

When trying to use docuflow i get an error message:

"Docuflow cannot save......please close the file and try again"....

After this message NOTHING works anymore and i have to force close revit (via taskmanager) in order to use revit and docuflow again.

Then docuflow works again for a short time and then theres the error message again.

With the latest update of Douflow 4.3 the printer becomes non-responsive after the first sheet printed using PDF24. 

BullZip is also adding a thin red "trial mode - click here for details" water mark to the left edge of sheets.

Impriovements:

Minor correction related with printing to a single file with PDF24 or colour with BullZip that made the program halt.

Docuflow 4.2 stuck on first sheet (Spooling stage).

Printer: Bullzip

Mode: export all sheets into a single file

NOTE: Docuflow seems to work fine when exporting single PDF. but when exporting into a single file, it gets stuck and requires me to end revit in task maanger

tried docuflow 4.2 with pdf24, but docuflow (and revit) crashes always after the first sheet...

uninstall serval times now, but docuflow still crash every time.

New features:

Added support to PDF24. We decided to expand the choice of PDF drivers to Docuflow. PDF24 will togeather with BullZip and BioPDF satisfy all the needs from our customers in generating PDFs. PDF 24 is a German developed software that can be installed freely in all computers. PDF 24 does not have the limits of the trial versions of BullZip and BioPDF. For instance PDF24 will allow to print in very high resolution, for instance 600 or 1200 dpi. This new driver comes pre-installed with Docuflow 4.2.

Fixes:

Corrected a minor bug that halted Docuflow if no PDF driver was not installed or selected.
