    Version 4.2 was released!

    New features:

Added support to PDF24. We decided to expand the choice of PDF drivers to Docuflow. PDF24 will togeather with BullZip and BioPDF satisfy all the needs from our customers in generating PDFs. PDF 24 is a German developed software that can be installed freely in all computers. PDF 24 does not have the limits of the trial versions of BullZip and BioPDF. For instance PDF24 will allow to print in very high resolution, for instance 600 or 1200 dpi. This new driver comes pre-installed with Docuflow 4.2.

    Fixes:

Corrected a minor bug that halted Docuflow if no PDF driver was not installed or selected.

    Hello,

Whenever i print sheets with Docuflow, only a portion of a print job comes out on the sheet?

Why is that? its frustrating. Here is a link of the portion: https://ibb.co/xJHkpkf

That portion is maybe 1/15 of the real sheet

Docuflow gets stuck when printing multiple sheets in grayscale with a high load of patterns.
When printing each sheet separately, the problem does not appear, neither when printing on black lines.

    Ideas ??

Docuflow has assigned different dimensions into sheets with same title block size. When trying to modify dimensions of the sheet with the wrong dimensions Docuflow does not respond and wrong dimensions persist.

The problem appears when the prepared sheets are published, and not when creating a new sheet from scratch.

    Any Idea?

    Hello!

the pdfs are produced with title and author meta data that do not reflect those set in the bullzip printer. How do you change them?

Our authentication server has been migrated. In case your local machine has not yet updated the latest DNS records, you may get an invalid license when using floating licenses.

Please flush the DNS records in your windows machine by running the following command in the command prompt.

    ipconfig /flushdns

    Hi

We cannot access our floating licenses. In the license dashboard is also marked a wrong external IP! This is not ours.

    Please help, it's urgent.

    Hello,

Usually pdf in revit supports outputs up to 500cmx500cm. However, when exporting to pdf using Docuflow, if Width/length are greater than 327.5cm, the output is 210x297 cm (a4).

The largest I could get is 327.5x327.5cm. anything larger than that gets bugged.

I would love to hear solutions, I suggested this plugin for our office.

You can sort sheets in the Sheets Available list of sheets in the project, and when you create a Set, the list remains sorted when it moves back to the Sheets Available list. However, when you select the new set to publish, the list is no longer sorted. And, that's the way it is published - unsorted. If you sort that list manually, it still plots out of order.

Two features would allow more efficient publishing:

Allow sorting by discipline, according to a user defined sort order.

Maintain the user-specified sort order in the publishing set and publish in that order so that the sheets in the PDF or other file are in that order.

The alternative seems to be to plot the sheets separately, i.e., not combined into a single file, and then combine them with Adobe as the Windows File Explorer does sort the files.

Remember: A workaround is not a solution.

Our customer uses docuflow but the floating licenses is based on external IP address. They have multiple internet connections and multiple external IP's. Can we fill in multiple IP's in the license management?

We can make special rules in the firewalls but for that we need to know over which port and to which DNS name/IP the traffic goes.

P.S. The post field and options doesn't work if your using Firefox.

Would be very welcome the otion of sorting also in the selected sheet list (Set to publish), at least by the number, this will allow a better control of new added sheets to an existing set. At the moment it is only possible to sort by number in the list of available sheets.

Also the possibility to sort by other field not just the number, wouldn't be bad at all!

Is it possible for a button option to be added to the floating license where it will simply release the license, without having to close Revit?

In my office we work on some very large projects which take up to 15 minutes to open because of the file sizes.

Having to close Revit and reopen to give the license to another user can become inconvenient. If a button option to release the license can be added in that would be fantastic!
